3 Healthy Father's Day Breakfast Recipes

High Protein Breakfast Pudding- Gives 1

Ingredients:


  • 150g 0% Greek yogurt oil
  • Scoop Impact Whey Protein (Chocolate Smooth)
  • 5 hot cakes
  • 1 tbsp. sugar-free cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. sweetener
  • 70-80ml preferred milk

How to:


First, mix the yoghurt and protein powder until smooth.

Now, in a separate bowl whisk the crispy bakes into dust and add the sweetener and icing. Mix and stir in the milk until the dough thickens.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces instead of the same size, one should be a third of the mixture, and the other should be two thirds.

Place the cling film in a small breakfast bowl, then add a large portion of the dough and set up a bowl dome. Add the yoghurt and cover with the remaining dough.

Let it cool all night (you can eat it quickly, but Flo recommends letting it cool first as it tastes even better).

Garnish with a drizzle of peanut butter to finish, then dig in!

  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 4 sausages (recorded)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic granules
  • A little bit of chili powder
  • 4 eggs (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 spring onions (chopped)
  • 1 medium avocado (cut)
  • 30 grams cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 50 g salt
  • Small tortillas

How to:


Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and add your sausages made of skin. After frying, break them with a wooden spatula.

Add the pepper, onion when cooked and fry until the vegetables are soft.

Add the paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic and season well.

Continue to cook until sausage and vegetables are soaked in spices, then remove from the heat and set aside.

Heat another tablespoon of coconut oil in a non-stick pan and add your eggs. Stir frequently while cooking. Shake it one last time while adding the spring onions, and remove from the heat.

Time to make your tacos! Niall made it with sausage and veg mix first, then egg, then avocado, then cheese, then salsa, drizzle of hot sauce, and a sprinkle of coriander. Breakfast is served!

High Protein 3 Smoothie Methods

Ingredients:


With a nutty banana:


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 15 g Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Impact Whey Protein (Vanilla)
  • 200 ml of milk

With a blueberry burst:


  • 150 g frozen berries
  • 1 teaspoon Impact Whey Protein (Vanilla)
  • 2 tsp. Organic Spirulina Powder
  • 200 ml of milk


Delicious Berry:


  • 150 g frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon protein supplement (Strawberry)
  • 200 ml of milk

How to:


For each smoothie flavor, add the ingredients to a blender and mix until the mixture is thickened with a strong, smooth liquid.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
